Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time they are placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Options: We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. The available methods will be presented to you during checkout, including standard and expedited shipping.


Estimated Delivery Time:


Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.


Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping times for international orders vary based on the destination country and may take longer than domestic orders.

3. Shipping Fees


Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.


International Shipping Fees: For international orders, shipping fees will be calculated during checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.


Expedited Shipping Fees: If you select expedited shipping during checkout, additional charges will apply. The shipping fee will be displayed at the time of checkout.

4. Order Tracking


Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.


Tracking Delays: Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update in the system after shipment.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. Leno Relax is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize there's an error with your shipping address, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

6. Shipping Restrictions


P.O. Boxes: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical address for delivery.


Countries We Ship To: We ship to most countries, but there may be some restrictions based on local shipping carriers or customs regulations. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you before processing your order.

7. Shipping Delays


Unforeseen Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, certain factors such as weather, customs processing, or carrier delays may cause shipping times to vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by external circumstances beyond our control.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments


Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We will assist you with a return, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.


Lost Shipments: If your package is lost or hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
